Listen. If you aren't getting new clients on a daily basis, your business is on life support. New clients are the lifeblood of your business. It doesn't matter how good you are, every year you are going to have turnover. 

If you aren't adding new clients every single day and rapidly growing your business, there are two main reasons:

1. You have problems delegating.

Business owners have a tough time with letting go of control and delegating tasks. Listen, you can't be wasting your time on $20/hour tasks if you want to grow your business. You must be hyper-focused on only doing the high-dollar tasks that only you can do.

2. You are stuck in old ways of thinking.

Have you ever heard the saying "The skills that got you out of Egypt aren't the skills you need to get to the promise land?" You've built a great business doing things the way you've always done... but you're going to have to do some different things to get different results. You are going to have to develop new skills to handle the challenges that come with a rapidly growing business.

My Story

I started my first business when I was 16 years old. I needed a way to make money so I could afford to buy lunch every day.  After hearing several of my friends complain how expensive it was to buy candy out of the vending machine... I decided that this was the opportunity I had been looking for.

I took out all of my books from my school locker and loaded it with candy. I was selling at half the price of the vending machines and even offered lines of credit (at 50% interest).

It was an instant success.

Every single day, I made enough money (barely) to buy lunch from the school cafeteria. But I was just doing it for some pocket change.

Little did I know that this was the start of my life long entrepreneurial journey.

I spent my college years at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana (2004-2009). I went there to study jazz saxophone performance at the prestigious Jacob's School of Music. After two years of doing very little school work (and a whole lot of "socializing")​ I realized that being a professional musician wasn't what I wanted to do.

And that scared the crap out of me.

I had planned my whole life around the idea that I wasn't ever going to have to write papers, work a stupid corporate job, or do any of that nonsense grown-ups had to do. I was going to live the good life traveling the world and playing music. 

Now the clock was ticking. Not only was I going to have to figure out how to actually graduate from college... but I now had to figure out what kind of career I was going to have.

One of my fraternity brothers was from Los Angeles and had ran his own business doing bar and club promoting. ​He was starting to build his business in Bloomington and I asked him if he'd teach me how to do what he does. To a 19 year old college student, the "nightlife" industry seemed really appealing.

Two years, hundreds and hundreds of hours of hard work, and several money-eating events later... I was in even worse shape than when I started. My short lived career in music business came to an abrupt halt.  

I needed to figure out how to make $10,000... and fast.

My Life In Direct Sales​

My best friend Brad told me how I could make $10,000 over the summer selling books door-to-door. He had done it the past two summers, and I figured if he can do it... so can I. 

I had no idea what I was getting myself into... but that summer changed my life forever. 

I worked 80+ hour work weeks the entire summer. I was selling educational books door-to-door in the 100 degree Texas heat earning straight commission​. It was easily the hardest thing I had ever done in my life at that point.

I managed to earn $8,921.42 that summer. But what I really gained was something so much more important than money. I gained rock solid confidence in myself that I had what it takes to succeed. With nothing but a sample case and a smile... I could  knock on someone's door and walk away 30 minutes later with a check for $500. 

Learning how to sell was a transformational experience for me. It was like I had developed super powers. I knew that as long as I could sell... anything was possible. 

I stayed on with that company for the next three years after that summer. Not only did I sharpen my actual selling skills, but I learned how to recruit, train, and motivate other sales people. I learned how to run an organization. I learned how to lead and inspire my team to go into the battlefield every day and fight for their dreams.

In September of 2012, I was hired on to work for a high end, luxury clothing company. 

Instead of knocking on doors talking to stay at home moms selling books for a couple hundred dollars... I was calling on C-level executives, business owners, and rainmakers. selling custom made clothing (suits, shirts, sport coats) that ranged from $1,000 - $10,000. 

 ​I was selling $4,000 packages on a regular basis. My biggest single transaction was roughly $36,000. I was working some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the city... and my eyes were opened to a new reality.

I learned something fascinating about selling high-priced luxury goods. It was actually easier to sell a $10,000 package than it was to sell a $1,000 package.​ In fact, not only was it easier... but the quality of customer was way higher.

The Decision That Changed Everything​

One of the most important decisions I made was to only work with wealthy clients... and that changed everything for me.

Want to know the secret to working with wealthy clients? You have to become wealthy yourself.  Becoming wealthy has very little to do with the amount of money you have... but it has everything to do with how you think.

If I wanted to start working with high achieving, high performing people... it meant I needed to become a high achieving, high performing person. It meant raising my expectations for myself. It meant growing as a person. 

Most importantly, it meant believing in myself and believing that I was good enough to play at that level... that I had what it took to become ultra-successful myself. 

Once I became wealthy in my mind, everything started to fall into place. It became easier to relate to the clients I served. I was able to anticipate their needs in a way I wasn't able to before. I was able to create an experience that matched their desires and expectations.

And once that happened, I noticed clients started to come to me instead of me trying to chase down my clients. I was no longer a salesman trying to get them to buy something... I someone they liked and knew they could trust. I became "one of them".

What This Means For You

Over my 7 year career in direct sales, I've made over 80,000 sales calls, done over 15,000 selling presentations, signed up over 1,700 customers, and sold over $1 million worth of products and services. I've personally coached and trained dozens of sales people and helped them grow their income as well as themselves.

I have dedicated almost a decade of my life learning how to get new clients... and I'm going to show you what works (and what doesn't).

Sales and marketing have nothing to do with manipulating people or convincing people to buy stuff. It's all about persuasion and influence. It's about understanding what a person wants, and getting them to take action to get it.​

I've broken down everything I know about sales and marketing into an easy to use system that is specifically designed for you... an honest, ethical advisor. You don't need to learn manipulative sales tactics. You don't need to be dishonest or misleading.
